Its either Chrysostom, or the one next to him. One of those two at least not an exact answer but a step closer at least.

There are 3 Chrysostoms there and every of it has other named Chief near -> Arsene, Oighrig or Jencir. Maybe its Oighrig then, I will contact and give an offer u can't resist , Joor, u gave me hope
