there isnt a specific loc to find him as he swims around the most northern island in oceanus notos, just wait near the shore a bit under the surface and you will see him after a while

mob circles the entire Scheria island, going as far as 17k 17k west, and even pokes his nose into Messothalassa for a couple seconds. He does go by 55k 20k, but don't be surprised if you don't see him there immediately.

Technodave's thurg is called "Bubblebob"

Supposedly the mob can de-summon pets, but I havent seen him do that yet, he has a nasty pbaoe and summons hundreds of little parasites (eel mobs) that harass your support.

He basically looks like a huge fish, much bigger then even the dragon.

Oh and he constantly FZ's everyone which scatters your zerg horribly.
