Levelling of GOV

Just a quick question on GOV levelling - from the delve of the item, it says that i can level in dungeons in Atlantis or in instances? (erm cant remember if it is exactly that (i have got catacombs) - how do i activate these instances( i dont really think it was an instance, but my head still hirts from too much alcohol last night)

...


anyway - how do i get these private instances things etc

ok...so i went into an instance in the barrows - just to have a test - lots of blue con mobs, so i start killing them, but my GOV doesnt get credit, only my dreamsphere...

because they arent in catacombs, they are the mainland ones.
the catacombs instances are in the catacombs 'lands'.
