Level 20-24 Procs

Hi just wondering if theres any other craftable proc's useable by a level 24 character. If there are special drops then i'd like to know them. All i know of atm is the direct damage one's. I'd like if possible to get some dmg absorb + lifetap one's. Also wondering if player made weapons can be dyed with weapon lusters or not?

The special ones have a level restriction on, usualy 40+.

I think you can dye BG level weapons, I saw a SB with 2 Pink axes awhile ago in Thid, I'm not sure if it were high level ones he was using tho.

yea m8 u can dye thid level crafted weapons, and like jaem said im almost certain there isn't any procs available for 20-24 other than the 4 level 20 dd procs u mention for weapons. there isnt any 'reactive' procs available for armor at 24 though
