Tbh with just 21CS my PA still did ~350-400dmg with 3str relics, now thats pretty good since the target will still be free to dragonfang stun and it's not that bad a style to start any fight with

My main char, Piglet the Berserk, is from when the game got released (I played beta too). He's only 4L7 too. RR/LVL isn't everything.

Got no problems to own the fotm, most of them suck even with relics, 2.5spec points and iwinbottum just that they always move with a fg.
