Can anyone tell me why I dont get all the midgaard items on my
list only the epic armors are available, but Ineed cloaks rings etc.

You'll need to add the items yourself. Select 'drop', add the item name and set the stats and then click 'save'*, and the item will be available from the selection list next time you go to it.
Not all items are included because it would be a hell of a job to keep the item database updated with every single drop in the game. Besides, noone can account for random drops
Check out Allakhazams and La Librarie for decent item databases.
*You may need to create a few sub-directories in the /items directory to hold the items.
