I've got high hopes for this being entertaining, I take it from your comments that it is quite bad?

Well, besides it being incoherent as hell and just plain odd...err, why? Some odd films being released of late. This for me being one of them. I wouldn't say it was badly directed. Just the plot simply umm lost itself. From start to finish it really doesn't have any sense of a story.

From a personal sentiment. I hate those stupid films that are claustrophobic and just pitch themselves on one location. Destined to fail and this for me was no exception. I just watched it and I am still questioning why I even bothered :(

By all means say I am wrong, but I doubt you will :)

I'll reserve judgement till I see it, but I love stories with any religious / biblical/ apocalyptic element to them, even if they are shit.

So I take it from your comments that you are not a fan of From Dusk till Dawn?

I watched "The Mist" on TV recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. That was claustrophobic and pitched in one location.
It also helps that it's a live-action version of "Half-Life". :)

I'm looking forward to Legion. Paul Bettany is usually very good when he turns up in a film. It strikes me as a bit challenged in the budget department but potentially great hokem. There shall be popcorn. Oh yes.

Popcorn no-brainer thats just great fun. Thoroughly enjoyed this film :)

I like the biblical end of days type thing and have to say I enjoyed it. It was way better than the 'seven signs' in its genre.

There are a couple of really good books by a guy called Simon Clark (possibly clarke) which are all apocolyptic and end of world as we know it ish, one is called 'King Blood' and I forgot the name of t'other but I'll know it if I see it...

Saw a clip for the new movie crazies at the cinema on Friday and it looks similar, everything/one going to pot and a few normal regular joes left to survive!

This film is truly inexplicable.

Never seems to get started. Or make sense.

Heh, I just watched it, exactly what I expected, popcorn action. Also I thought it made perfect sense, not sure where pez and img are coming from tbh.

I don't even know where to begin with what didn't make sense. NOTHING made sense. the omnipotent, omnipresent god decides to wipe out human kind and is completely incompetent. Nothing he does makes any sense. Literally nothing makes sense.

Basically the plot was, God loses faith in mankind, sends Angels to kill their only hope. Michael shows God that mankind can be good (through Jeep), and renews his faith in them.

The film was brilliant, but then I never expected it to be anything more than it was. The plot was not hard to understand at all though.

You could also read into it that God was testing both his creations, angels and mankind, Micheal saved both by doing the right thing, not what he was simply told.

This.

Could have been better, sure - couple characters were done over the top, but otherwise i enjoyed it.

I liked it, not a 5 stars film (I was expecting a prision movie ala Tim Robins) but still a very good movie.

ooh I saw the ad for this on friday and it looked really creepy tbh, like omg hide behind stuffed animal, pillow or partially closed fingers creepy.
