Dont think u will need LGM level for that Panzer.. unless you are after some overcharge. 640 should do without it

Umm why "LoL" kobold, i dont understand, whats your problem ?? ..... i do occasionally get my hammer and shield out when soloing (not regulary, but the occasional mez and /dance is fun), so i might aswell make sure my shout does max damage, also plan to get +5 blunt on 1 and +6 blunt on the other (or there abouts..)

Tzee, its a 99% qual pick hammer and a MP small shield.

last time i checked shout dmg depended on empathy (testing on bards of camelot, maybe tests are still on there) and mythic refused to fix it :\

it's charisma, but just funny, cus charisma is usually used for the 'good' mana pool, and not shouts
