In theory if they try to take any more money from your debit card they are in breach of the rules regarding card transactions and the bank should refund the money fairly quickly, i work on the counter so not 100% on procedure, but unless they can prove that you have agreed for them to take x amount of money from your account then they have no back bone to stand on (proving usually requires them to have either a Pin Verified transactions or a signature).

However getting you 100 quid back may be alittle bit difficult, if you ring them up and say you would like to remove you're deposite and they agree it should turn up in your account after they refund the transactions. But if they decide not to refund it you will have to contact your bank and open up a dispute with the company.

Of course this is just from my experince (may not be gospel with all banks).

Hope this helps alittle.
