About difference in teams, it sounded like the zombies aren't just "zombies" but got "zombie" weapons. Which makes me think, guns in disguise. so basically, team difference is difference in guns.
About shifting difficulty, it WILL bite in the a** in one aspect; I don't want to be punished for being good at something, and very often, shifting difficulty level does just this.
Also it will be very "fun" for the inexperienced player to play with the pros, as they will pump the difficulty to maximum when you can basically cope with medium.
Otherwise, it looks like same old, with not "so woah" graphics, and the 4 player multiplayer isn't exactly new.
Also "we're going to be late in putting this out but it's 'cause we want it to be finished" is a bit, well, cop-out'ish.
BUT, as a positive last note, i think it can be fun, if the basics work and the storyline is good.
