Leaving game, for good.

K leaving game.
i think of my life before i had this game and i think of it while ive played this game, and tbh i prefered my life pre game.
Whether i like to admit it or not this game is having a detrimental effect on many areas of life, educational and soicially.
MY grades have got slightly worse (although still good) and im in danger of totally slipping off if i dont do summin about it now. I decline to go to parties sometimes now which not less than a year ago was totally out of the question.
If i wanna get to the uni i want to go to (surrey) then quitting game wiill vastly increase my chances.
this must end and thus i am leaving.
GL to every one ive met in game and special thanks to all the great people on The Brethren and he people i knew from The Dragon fighters, rearely have i known nicer people in the game than the people within these 2 guilds.

First few lines apply to me aswell,my friends also dont bother ringing me up to go out anymore,instant answer of no,and why? because i'm playing this never ending pieace of sssshet :)

givf some accident so my pc blows up :p

I think u may find this game has got to us all. It is for some of us more than just Daoc, its the irc channels and BW. Why do we all feel so drawn to it? I speak more to on-line ppl than rl ones, this cant be right, can it?

Gl samil, take your chance while you can, do your best at Uni or whatever, trust me its worth it, i wish i did.

bah Do it all m8, i study 2nd year at uni, go to parties, play loads of sport and still have time for daoc. Its all about the balance, no need to quit what so ever.

I have had the same feeling lately, maybe I do the same soon..just takes to much time, and IRL is very effected.
Anyway GL to u mate hope u can back ur IRL life m8 /salute

LIFE > DAoC

TBH It's got to the stage where DAoC is grasping people's lives so badly they are fucking everything up; educational, social. Good choice. :) Had some really fun times while playing ingame with you... TBH once you've left DAoC you feel your life getting back to normalities...

Although this doesn't mean you can't post on BW when you're bored.
DAoC isn't really a game TBH... more of a life outside of life and a big distraction at that. If you're pissed off with yourself / your life; quit the fucking game - The time playing this game could have been spent with your friends.

Good luck getting into Surrey. :)
Doubt I'll be going there... but hope to keep in contact.
