Leaving a guild?

Wouldn't it be nice when people left their guild they took the time to say what they didn't like or why the preferred their new guild.

As a GM how are you supposed to make things better otherwise?

well when people have quit our guild, they have done so after a guidmeeting....as soon as someone wants to quit we get a guildmeeting together, discuss the issues, and take the consequenses of the guild decision

But yes i agree, they should notify

Well this really depends on the guild, and how you want the guild to work. Some guilds stay close, know eatchother good, and have lots of guild meetings. Some guilds allso don't have any guild meetings, and might not know many in the guild very good.

But actually it's the members in a guild who makes the guild, no matter what the GM say...though they can ask the members to do different things etc.

But anyhow you should allways tell you're guild in the guild forum (if any), tell gm or /gu that you're leaving guild and allso why you're leaving. At least thats what I would have done, and expecting other peolpe to do to.

Had the same problems with members who left over night :(

It happens - but as said in the inital post - it does not help to solve the problems which caused the member to leave.

Some kind of unfair to the guild as a whole :(
