Can I remind people that we have executives on site from Electronic Arts tomorrow and casual-wear is not appropriate for the day as we will be showing them around our development areas. Anyone caught playing WoW will be subject to disciplinary proceedings. Formal work attire is expected and yes, Devs, that means underwear too.

Today we wave goodbye to Harold in Marketing. Mark didn't appreciate the Disabled logo that had been painted on his parking space when the EA Execs were on site. Further, we feel the life-size cardboard cut-out of the Lich King with Mark's name written on it was in especially poor taste.

Good news for our vegetarian staff! As of today our canteen is now more veggie-friendly: The door has a map showing you the way to the local supermarket. Happy eating you Salad Hugging freaks!

Pub Quiz! Usual venue, usual time!
Due to popular demand the quiz component of the evening has been removed.

The next phase of client code has been released to the Quality Assurance department for internal testing and we expect this release to be rubber stamped by Monday for release onto the public test servers. Although nobody in QA has got back out of hospital yet their matron says they've stopped dribbling and will soon be able to sign their names again, which is all we require of them.
