I went to the dentist recently, there was a muslim girl as the assistant. All very well, but she wouldnt touch me, making it a little hard to do her job, you know, holding the sucker thing that gets all your spit etc.

Even the (muslim) dentist was appalled by her behaviour, it was obviously happening all the time.

But it's about legality, possibility to win, of the rights of suing etc, then if (s)he has male parts, (s)hes male. From a logical and legal point of view i believe.

Which is what's wrong with a lot of things as a whole, imho. The law is an ass and in many ways I feel it has lost touch with what a lot of people deem "right & wrong". Not that I'm using this specific example as a case of what's right & wrong, in that respect I'm thinking more about burglars suing people who's homes they break into, etc.

I don't think it's the same. It's not unreasonable for a woman to want an all female driving school for the same reason they might want to avoid getting unlicensed taxis.
