Just got new pc, All is running smooth, Just seem to ld about every minute in daoc ;E

you can get it Here

Download the Freeware 1.10 down at the bottom of the page.

After you install it , put in the ip : 193.252.123.33 (thats the cluster ip)

Hit Trace and if you see opentransit having packetloss then its their fault
If its an address like ntl.com or something like that then its your isp
