LCD tv problem

every morning when i turn the tv on it comes on but no picture, i have to leave it like that (you can hear the sound) for 5 minutes then turn it off and back on again it works (sound and picture), surely it shouldnt take 5 minutes to warm up???

lcd backlight dodgy, man coming tomorrow to "look" at it, its under warranty so it gunna get replaced.

hopefully they dont make that model anymore, so i may get an upgrade to a 37" (and a bigger tv as well)

cheap scart cables are also a known problem for this
