i had my synchmaster for 9 years and didn't get any bleeding. On the otherhand i had a compaq laptop and its lcd started bleeding after 3 years. My new 22 inch widescreen samsung comes on line pretty much immediately after i turn it on. So whoever out there hates samsungs, none of that shit has happened after owning a samsung for 9 years before the power module broke (display still perfect)
