How do you make cartoons Tom? I want to make some.

Photoshop, and a good gif animator, like JASC Animation Shop. In photoshop, I draw each frame as a new layer (for instance the eyes was only one layer, and I moved them a bit and saved a new jpg each time).

Most important thing to do before you start, is to think of a good storyboard.
