I write the software that puts the bomb through a window...I've seen footage of runs into Iraq and the Balkans. We hit what we want to hit and there is no collateral damage.

The guy who said this is such a major asshole. People that actually try to make the bombs "better" should be thrown into a deep hole to rot away. He is one of the many responsible for the weekly: "American bombs have hit the wrong target again. A large number of kids / wounded people in a school / hospital have been killed.".
