/laugh /rude spammers

i just got from bled defence with my ment and was gonna go suicide amg, where i meet some mids at amg.. i start nuking right off and put up a pretty good fight (imo) and after the 2 remaining of the 4 resses the 2 dead, all i get is /rude and /laugh.... sure, if they didnt do any emote i wouldnt mind at all, just another day...

anyways, wont name names, but in my opinion this is low...

Glacier - You're a great player mate and certainly don't deserve that treatment, not that anyone should.

I think it goes without saying that the players who show no respect to corpses of enemies after putting up a good fight, are probably the newer and less experienced players who haven't learned the RvR courtesies.

If an expereinced player does it - I take it as sour grapes, but this seldom happens, just from the inexperienced ones, who like to crow, but conversely are the first to /rel when they die.

I forget who - but an Infil killed me near Bled last week as I was /bow /clap /saluting a fallen Mid, which didn't seem very sporting, but at least I got a /hug after

Occasionally if I catch a Hib being disrespectful after a fight - I usually have a quiet word with them and most usually apologise and subsequently show lots of respect when they realise it wasn't a nice thing to do.

Dropping Portal Medallions and pointing to them at the my corpse has been done before which I found amusing - shows a bit of personality!

Melgar and I sometimes have /wave Bolt /clap Bolt (dead) /cry /salute => rez n repeat battles. What a nice chap!

Getting upset about a computer game is disturbing lets face is x-realm comunication can be posotive (/salute) or negative (/laugh /rude etc) now surely this is better than in say UO for example where PvP converstation would go along the lines of.... =excuse my english =

"HAHAH YOU FUCKING NEWBIE DEXER COCKSUCKER FUCK I OWN YOU SKILLLESS NEWB (next line) FUCK OF BACK TO TRAMMEL NOOB TRAMELITE NOOB" etcetc PRobably followed by your horse being killed and your body being purely looted even your clothes . . . wtf
And possibly a good rez killing for your "m8 you need to check ur testosterone levels" comment.

Now i prefer /Rude tbh or even a massive laugh spamming to a 3 min slagging match buy some 15 year old 1337 d00ds.

It's funny that none of the better Mid or Alb Guilds i've seen seem to do these things after a fight - so I suppose it is down to individual maturity.

Efour - I didn't think it was a case of getting either being verbally abused =OR= being spammed with /laugh /rude etc., I'd like to think the 3rd option is to say nothing at all or just /salute.

I guess kiddies are as kiddies will be - we all set our own standards. I'm just glad I don't feel inclined (or Glacier) to sink so low.

Must say albs started this about 8 months ago, you died solo to a fg, you had someone jumping on your corpse laugh spamming etc. Perhaps they moved to mid If so cant you guys move back to alb.

I really cant see what the problem is, spam saluting or spam laughing, its just feelings really.
If they laugh it must be their problem right, they obvious have a reason for it, your hair due looking ugly, your colourchoices, the exstremely funny way you died, or them being morons.

Personally I never get offended by the 4-5 low RR NS's camping mgs every here and there, I just think its fun

This is a game, and except for personal offenses (PMs and stuff), I see no reason to get offended
