He was also charged with damage to a mini-bar in the room, but this charge was later dropped when the defendant said that it was the donkey who caused that damage.

So are they going to sue the donkey for damages?
Sadly, this is my home town, though im not currently living there, and wasnt there at the time (i swear, besides i only wear my latex suit and handcuffs for humans)
