My cure: I am usually quite concious and know what im doing when im drunk no matter the amount (rarely blackouts also), so if i am going to bed and i know this is way over the top i down water till i feel sick, eat 2 painkillers, put another liter of water next to my nighttable with 4 painkillers more - 1 pair for when i wake up first time, and rest when i make my first attempt at getting out of bed. This helps me REALLY alot.
