RAR!!

Staying in the Excalibur hotel in Las Vegas right now. Only been here a few hours but it's great!

I've hijacked the free internet from the local Krispy Kreme by hanging my WiFi dongle out the window cos the hotel wants to charge $10.99 per day.
Ok so the signal's intermittent but hey, it works.

I got a "comps" card which is kind of like a reward card. I've spent around 60 dollars but have won that much back and have the ticket to cash in my wallet. On top of that I've got about 92 dollars in "comps" on my reward card which I can apparently spend on stuff in the hotels on the Strip like drinks and meals and even rooms if I earn enough. At an apparent $850 a night for the current room we're in I have a way to go (we're not paying anywhere near that much cos they fucked up with the room bookings and we got upgraded for free. mmmkingsize).

Hope everyone's doing ok what with the heat waves and flash floods going on in the UK. TTFN!!

Just went out for another session and lost 70 dollars. And made it all back again. Lots more comps on my card tho. I'm up at around 150 or so now. When I get to 200 they automatically double it to 400. WOO!!

Oh and RIP Richard. Sad news.

When my best friend went over there he and his cousin managed to rack up a huge loss, all subbed from his father's US dollar account without Dad knowing about it.... stern words were exchanged a month or so later when he found out and the two of them had to borrow 10,000 bucks to pay him back... classic

Hi guys

Just to say that I'm in the process of designing a site for Lou/Damini's book. It should be ready, in a fashion, in the not too distant future Being the charitable soles we are, part of the proceeds from the design will go to help Médecins Sans Frontières.

As for Vegas, enjoy! I absolutely loved it whilst I was over there, just forget about sleeping for a bit and try and pack as much in as you can, there's certainly no place else like it on earth
