LAN-Server

How do i get a f****** Tribes2-LAN Server started without starting Tribes2 itself? Whenever i start one with ISpawn, it opens an Internet-Server!!!

tribes2.exe -nologin -dedicated -mod bwadmin

type that in with -nologin before -dedicated or else it wont work.
