Lan Arena 6

We have a very important event in france as most of you may know, it is called Lan Arena 6 and it will drain a lot of players this weekend, thus making it difficult for many french clans and some other (to us froggies ) foreigner clans.
Will there be any default loss if the opponent refuses to / can't postpone or will all clans get an "extra bonus joker postpone" for this particular weekend if they can't make it ?
It is very important to know that as I believe many clans, particularly french clans, will lack a lot of players.

if a clan can't make it then u have to mail fix and he'll rearrange the game

On the ra3l webby it tells all clans who are going to the lan to email the fixer so he can arrange reschdules etc. Obviously give him some times and dates to work with.

Oh well that's fine, but the news weren't updated still when I asked about LA6 on this forum
Anyway I'll see with my mates at what dates and times we could postpone this war next week (I think postponing it to next week, before 3rd week, would be better, wouldn't it ?)
It will certainly be something like between tuesday and wednesday, as a lot of french clans have the RA3 French league on thursday and friday nights, and the time when the war should begin would be between, talking in UK time, 7:00pm and 10:00pm (8:00pm and 11:00pm in France).
Please tell me if these dates and times are compatible with what you expect from us, and when you want those times and dates at the latest (I may need one or two more days to give solid information
