my log didnt show any dmg did by milky to saifang and the hunter started to shoot me only when saifang was having a ride with the zefir saving his ass and givin a /hug afterward

it has absolutely nothing to do with being leet, just that in general i hate the zerg/leech/add playstyle. a lot of people to nothing else and i disgust it really, i play for the challenge value nearly all the time but unfortunately very very few other people still do

whats wrong with telling him to go back zerging with his luri friends? there was 4 other rangers in the area, so tough shit 1 alb and 1 mid helped each other. playing in one realm doesnt make them by definition good or bad, i respect everyone with the same principles as me equally much. hib, mid or alb, i dont care. same goes the other way, i dont show hibs more respect just because my mains are hib.

that said people can play as they like, just have to try and cope with 95% of the population playing different.

Well, u sort of dismissed the whole current hib population in another thread when u stated that u would like to do a rr raid (or keepraid) but couldnt be arsed considering the current players / guilds in hib... not only the post in this thread that made me draw the previous stated conclusion.. so why dont u join alb or mid if they r so much better and suits ur CS playstyle more?

When i started this game it was for the big numbers of real players involved on all 3 sides... I like the variety of the game, 1 day i can grp if i feel like it, another i can solo if i want to or i can pve / craft. I didnt start playin just for a endless numbers on duels and i still think its a fun game.

But if u read this board it seems u have to adapt a certain playstyle for each class and if u dont u get flamed, called a noob or to die irl. So why cant peeps play the way they want without gettin flamed/whined at?

I know that a certain amount of whine is to be expected as it shows that the community cares about the game and wants to improve it... but 90% of the whine on this board offers none or very little help or information that can be used to improve the game... IMO ofc

have you ever considered that when 95% is doing something different than you it's infact you there is something "wrong" with?

i actually do respect you and your way of playing as i do like to solo myself alot, but the cockiness and generalisation that you hate zergers and leechers etc. wont get u far.
95% of the server do zerg, and combined with NF the game is played in a way i dislike and have less fun with than i used to.
that make me think that i'm the one trying to play a game the way it aint supposed to and cant hate everyone else for zerging then ^^

Everyone has friends on the enemy realms its all good fun.

tbh we never used to kill dafft the scout. He was a like a m8 that never added on fights and used to come on the TS server and chat. Even though he was on a different realm he was a friend so we would not attack him. and yes in fact we would work/gank togther if our paths crossed. If this makes you a cross realmer then so be it... but im sure everyone can recollect an enemy adding on a fight to help you out when your outnumbered. Sometimes you learn to respect your enemies.

Brings a little bit of spice to the game, you never know smoren those 2 hibs could have saved the SM or the other way around in a previous encounter and lots of players then kind of /bow rather than attack each other....

its pretty hard to read isn't it? i hate the playstyle, but i see playstyle and personality as two completely different things. examples are adari, lxn, zoyster, ingame they are kinda hated for being 'lame' but they are nice people anyways.

CS has nothing to do with this at all, I like daoc and the challenges in the game. The thing is that people in hib always resort to retarded generalisations when something fails, if a raid fails because people simply dont play well enough they don't use it as a lesson but instead shout at 'omg useless alb zerglings'. Thats the thing that pisses me off, its the same in all realms most likely, I'm not really a hib patriot and never have been.

Leading a raid from time to time is fun if people have the right kind of attitude, but currently hibs just dont. I don't give a shit if mid or alb are different in any way regarding this matter, if it's no fun for me to do a raid then I won't. If people are really enthousiastic and can take defeat properly and learn from mistakes, then sure I can raid some.
