strange many thinks when thay saign up ask after 6 hours and havent moved 1 step...then after another 6 hours you still havent moved..

But i got told by the LK the reson was g1 was forced by 3 FoM members to have 3 leechers in so the 2 tanks that was in had to aggro 2 mobs...

this is going when 40 other tanks are on list....


Greed before need is the very reson to all bad things in the world

ya what can be the greedy in letting you lvl your main and a alt when some dont get to lvl there first char...lair dont have room for that many teams...and very offen all spots are taken...atleast does worth camping.

Lair groups we all know aint normaly grps...its this servers way to get to 50...you get in at 43 stand in line get a spot and lvl until you ding 50...if you want to pl your alts make a PL team insted and let the normal lair groups be...if there are a LK there are ment for ppl to stand in line and get in when ppl leaves...not suport PL groups

yeah lair is crowded most times... and its there you lvl fast, but if you put a group together theres places like raumarik trollheim etc but very seldom happens.. and the lists in lair are horrible... well if they start the group (for pling alts) there aint much we can do cause the ones in g1 g2 just happy they got group.. no one is forcing them to stay

Raumarik is a joke, though I've never tried lvl in trollheim, but afaik there are no place in midd (probably not in the game) that supports 3-4 SM other than lair. With 1fg we clean it witout problems.

So when we put together a PL team Lair is sadly the only place to be.

We prolly wont do it for awhile now though.

Dont think anyone forced their way into the group. Some characters is needed like sm, healer and g1/g2 is always happy to have some help. Cry more.

WE had a PL grp going at Yar that day. No group came to camp the spot and there were only one group at Lair.
That means YOU had the possibility to make your own grp there.
But NOOOO. YOU Didn’t want to start a Lair grp. You wanted to lean back and let others make to groups for you?
Cut the whine and make your own groups.

2 spots at Lair and one at Yar(2 actually).
1 was taken.
2-3 spots for you.
And you come here to whine:doh:

And btw. if all spots are taken and our spot are needed(not by other PL grps), we will move, but when was the last time there was 4 regular Lair XP groups????

That's beside the point. Someone was running a list and when you get on a list you expect to get a group at some point unless nobody leaves all day.

Instead the group supposedly chooses to ignore the list and take in other people..

But FoM are a big guild with a lot of ppl lvling. Shouldn’t be a problem to make a PL grp. There was room for 2 more XP teams there.
If there are 40+ on the list and there are SM/healers enough for a grp, then why not start a new grp??
If there are no SM/healers then roll one. Eyez(SM) dinged 50 in 5 days(not played. RL days) so you should be able to do it in 10 It opens a lot of doors to PLing.

Sorry Garnax for being agro, but I just really hate when ppl whine about Lair for no reason. Seems you got a reason. Sorry m8.

Sadly this happens all too often.

There are very few honest LKs left in my experience, and even the honest ones can be under tremendous pressure from the group to get another SM in.

What I dont get is why people dont get togather and XP elsewhere. If you want to get a TH/Iarn/DG/ whatever group together then you could do worse than organise it through here.

Surely its about time we started a list at TH and Iarnvidurs, might even do it myself once my SB gets to 43

The problem with the dungeons in SI (Well, TH at least), is that you can't get to the good exp-spots by yourself. So why make a list when you need ~3fgs to get down there? Do you want to move up and down every time someone leaves? :]

I've been LK a few times. And I know where this problem usually come up. And it's when it's for the LK to log and someone else have to grab the current list. I was LK for 3 days. One out of these days noone wanted take my list when I had to log. After 30 min I decided to log anyways. I know it's not a nice thing to do, but when NOONE in G1 and/or G2 want the list, what can you do?

But if it was the same LK that u contacted 12 hourse later, im sorry. Then you're eighter VERY unlucky (noone leaving), or a noob for a LK who take friends and stuff before looking at list. Try get to lair in a week or so. I will be back with my SM by then, and I'll probebly grab the list too (LK is funny)

With 3-4 SM in group you want to pet pull 8-12 red-purp cons at the time. You cant do that anyplace except malmo and even there you'll have to wait for pop.

Only way to get a group fast is to have a SM or a healer...but how fun would it be when all have a SM full supp ofcourse...

IF you make a PL group dont have LKers

If your guild has enough SMs, you can PL ppl really fast. Just change the ppl playing SMs on the different hunts.
When we PL, we get 15+ dings in about a few hours. Sometimes there are dings in every pull. And we almost never die and no whining.
I don’t think ALL will make a SM, but if your guild get some SM PLing going it could be the solution for you.

There aren't set rules for ANY!!! place in daoc except for the RoC and CoC ofc, so whoever start's the malmo group in the morning can do whatever he / she want's to to get some exp, if that's taking in lvl 50 ppl who gonna powerllv alt's or whatever there is no harm in this since it's against NOTHING
some ppl are part of guild's which don't make guild pve raid's for the sake of member's exp, and for them it's just easier to borrow a lvl 50 sm / use a lvl 50 sm on seperate acc. to powerlvl their alt in malmo, which there is no harm in nomatter how u put it, cause the sm will bring EVERYONE more exp therefor making em lvl 50 faster therefor making less ppl in malmo therefor making it easier for YOU to get in the group ...

Ppl shouldnt give a flying **** what is best for the realm, they should play whatever class they want to play...
damn FoTM is lame as hell to use for any class in the game ... many choose their class without knowing what class everyone else is choosing atm so if they end up choosing the same as everyone else they should get flamed for this ? total bollock's ... find some else way to flame cause using this FoTM bullshit ur more mainstream than MTV

but the best thing would be if you could make a lvl 50 char right away and have the best items and be RR10 and LGM in all crafts and have 50 mithril...so you dont have to play the game at all...

PL only does the game boring...

when I started playing and someone was 50 it was a huge thing a 50 was priceless...to day a lvl 50 is as any n00b nothing...

In a way i agree with that, not fully thou..

There is to many that have been pl:ed and doesnt know his/hers char...

But Pl is also a good thing in a way, for thoose who have tried another realm or so, and wanted to come back to the original realm. And also for thoose that have been hacked and couldnt have there chars restored by GOA. then pl is totaly fine i think...

yeah i know... double morale.. but that is my opinion...

from what i seen the fpm members offered to use there sm only if thay could put alts into g2 and g1 if u have 2 acc and wish to do that np but to have 3 ppl playing 2 chars each bit stupid you can blame the fom members blam the ppl who agreed to it in the forst place

This is just obvious.

When the game was new there were less 50's and it was a big thing to see one, to be one.
Now the game is over 16 months old and over 90% of players will probably have a level 50, and of that many more will have a 2nd or 3rd at 50 or near enough.

And then once you've levelled to 50 once (especially with some of the "less-desirable to group" classes) going through the whole drag again to play just one other class in full RvR is as dull as dishwater for most people. (some love the levelling and PvE, and good for them if they do so)

Very, very few would complain about being able to create a character at level 50 with a new char, R1L1 with no items or cash to then build up the char through RvR.
In fact, maybe a seperate BG could be setup for people to achieve a set number of RPS, keep takes etc before they can port to other realms, so that it cuts down on people complaining that these people are newbs with their chars.

Sorry to say, someone complaining about others powerlevelling just looks like sour grapes.

If you don't like it, you don't have to do it - just don't try to belittle others for doing so.

Else you might find one day that too many people have got bored playing their first class, can't be arsed to level another and you're virtually alone on the server.
