I am also a BBB customer, and I just did a tracert and got ping timeout as soon as it was suppost to leave bredbandsbolaget domain, could you please send that graph and stuff to bredbandsbolagets support so they can go bother them about it. It is fecking unplayable with the hugh lag that is.
