Lag spikes - Yellow "Loss" ping plot question

Been having yellow "loss" lag spikes, like every 10th sec. Ping plotted 193.252.123.33, and it shows alot of package loosing. Can this be the reson?

Yeah thats your reason, opentransit being shit as usual. But it doesn't seem your connection in general is very good.
