A guy i know once showed me a story he wrote for school. He gave it too me in all seriousness, but i think he might have been dyslexic. I have never laughed so hard . He didn't get mad or anything. because when i read it out loud. he could hear how funny it was. My point is. even though the condition is no laughing matter. what is sometime spawned from it can be hilarious. Like tourettes, horrible condition, occasional funny situations.
