Lag and log in problems with new cluster

Any 1 else have the same problem as me, I either can`t get on (ml 7 group step farming) or if I do it`s for about 10 mins max and most of the time I have to jump about so I don`t go LD.

All the setting r on the lowest except for screen rez which is at 1024-768 this shouldn`t effect getting on at all.

Just want to know before I start to annoy the makers about it.
