Lag again but not GOA this time

Just curious but anyone else getting really bad lag starting at 146.188.50.146-so-2-2-0.LONCR1.re.OPENTRANSIT.NET?

Maybe just people on pipex but everything is fine till this hop then its 1300+ pingtimes and 11% packetloss.

Been like this for 30 minutes or so.
