Lag abuse bannable?

Is the running through of people so people can't cast on them so they can't see you due to lag seen as lag abuse?

And is this an offensible ban, and what info is needed to report this?

I have died so many times due to tanks running through me so I can't QC ae mez or root on them.

This is unfair as it makes QC a useless ability.

And no, /face doesn't work, I ALWAYS /face my targets.

Its not banable, if you spam the face button while casting, this can get around it as it works better than just one /face.
