Hibs do keep and relic raids at rediculas times in the morning.
Mids do keep and relic raids at rediculas times in the morning.

You got owned
He got owned
I get owned
We all get owned now and then. yes even Alpha.

The level and RR of your char does not indicate your knowledge and experiance with the game. neither does it indicate your intelegence. Even a retarded goat can pl a tank and then zerg round emain and get a few RR's in the space of a month.

Hibs have an overpowered class
Mids have an overpowered class
Albs...... well soon as necros LoS is fixed i don't think albs can claim one but i am willing to be proven wrong.

Did you notice that. i an willing to be proven wrong. i am allso willing to accept that my own realm is responsible for doing things that may or may not anoy me when i am on the receiving end of them from the other realms. Pehaps you should consider this option.

Now i know that there are some members of this forum that seem to have at least a basic understanding of this but a vast majority need to take their heads out of their arses (or in some casses other peoples arses) and see the world for the way it realy is.

Finley level 44 Friar

no offence, but is this your first/lowest level char? please don't come preaching to RR5+s about RvR.

ps. it's an old topic done to death, we all know this, and no you won't stop people whining about it when they want to.

ah that old chestnut. I have a level 50 you don't so i don't care what you say.

I have still been playing this game for near a year now. i have still managed enough RvR with my level 44 friar to get RR2l7 (oh i know its not RR5 is it? so freekin what for a level 44 class that can barely last 5 seconds against a red con its not bad.)

it would apear i forgot to ad one thing to my post above please excuse my ignorance i shall edit it accordingly.

yes we HAVE all done that shit, but ffs mids stopped camping the fucking milegate in 1.48 or 1.52 or sumt. your retarded zerglings still sit on mmg for hours on end, just making rvr in emain crappy.
And I wish everyone that does that on a regular basis burn in hell, that special hell reserved for child molesters and milegate-campers, oh and george w. bush and saddam

just because they don't do it when you are there doesn't meen they don't do it at all.

only a few nights back albs were forced into odins by the fact that a mid zerg wasn't even letting any albs get as far as the mg.

so no they wern't exactly camping the mg.

and no im not whineing. i dont like it when people do that. (tho i do like a good mg fight now and then just not all night long) and yes albs do it aswell im sure. and Hibs did do it and will do it when they finish exploreing SI

Hmm, 37k RPs, so you RvRed for an evening and think you know all? k

here we go again.

perhaps 37k rps is one eavening for a level 50 rr5 zerging in emain but its not so easy to get with a friar that spends a large amount of time avoiding emain.

i would allso like to point out i am not teaching you how to RvR.
I am not saying i know all about RvR.

and once again your ability in and knowledge of RvR is only losely related to what level, con or rr you are. a green con rr1l1 with a few brains can grasp most of what they need to know in a few short nights and work the rest out for them selve soon after. whereas a level 50 RR10l9 may know jack shit and just spend countless hours running round emain in a zerg spamming the F8, stick and F6 buttons.

There are many typos, I just thought that was ironic.

As for the statement...

There is no statement.

People know this.

While I'm here I might aswell go on my crusade to prove DAoC does not involve skill. People who think it does need to be publically taunted.

Anyway...sleep

I'm not RR5. :p Nor do I "zerg" emain, a large amount of my RPs are made in odin's and almost all my RPs have been made in 1-2 fg groups, not zergs.

A large part of being "good" at RvR is knowing how to react. That comes from experience. RPs are a fairly good measure of time spent RvRing and thus a measure of experience. Yes some people will always be crap, but generally most people can pick up what they need to know with a bit of time. Also RvR <50 is different to RvR at 50, hence people saying you being level 44 makes a difference.

lol

i'd be pretty amazed if any bard could learn what has taken me months, in a few nights of 'zerging emain'

learn this - emain is not only zerging, it's you anti-rvr carebears who feed this shit excuse

it can be a pretty amazing experience ingame, when you meet an organised zerg, and you organise one yourself to combat it, some of the best battles can occur in this situation

but, what people whine about, is people zerging when there is no need to zerg.. aka, RG camping amg 4am in the morning, with 5fg.

Yes i know emain can be great. i have had some great battles there. i do find however that the fun encounters come in a much higher ratio if you avoid emain. perhaps its down to us albs not being abble to organise a piss up in a brothel. or is it score in a brewery? ah well no matter.

and yes there are some things it takes a while to learn and some classes are more complex than others. but you can learn enough to be a good RvR player in a verry short time. Becoming great at it however may be an entierly diferent chalenge ;)

sorry for the repeated posts i keep missing bits ;)

im not so sure about this. a lack of RP's does not nesesaraly relate to a lack of experiance really. yes it meens you have spent less time in RvR but its all about how quickly you learn.
and yes i know RvR at 44 is verry diferent to 50. its why i don't spend more time in RvR. its extreemly diferent for me. i spend most of my time healing because i don't stand a chance trying to tank a red con player. at level 50 this will change.

to be honist the only reason im not level 50 is i hate the xp slog. i really hate it. :/

sorry if i implyed that. the tone of my post was not due to me thinking i know it all about rvr. it was down to me getting pissed off at another post saying "our stealthers don't zerg yours do" straw that brock the camels mind realy.

as for the rvr experiance time bit i think you will find i said that in the verry quote you used. my point was that some people learn quicker than others and can gain one hell of allot of experiance from a short time. again you wont learn asmuch from 5 weaks running round in a zerg as you will from a few days spent Zerging, taking and defending keeps with small and large forces, soloing, running round in 1fg of tanks, runing round in 1fg of casters, running round in a balanced fg etc etc.......
