Of course he has. Laddey's excellent at counting. Although he tends to get stuck after 68.......69's a bit of a mouthful

in you're opinion, just as i found apocalypse now boring at times and a very dragged out movie

Platoon on the other hand had me fairly interested all the way through

If you want to judge it as a work of art apocalypse now ticks all the boxes, if you want to judge it on entertainment platoon is in no way crap in comparison in fact it is better (imo)

figured i didnt need to mention it was my opinion since i posted it , but ofc your absolutely right

must admit main reason for posting was that i didnt understand the need to compare apocalypse to these warmovies , apocalypse is not a runofthemill warmovie , its hardly a warmovie at all.

and the comparison is imo unfair to platoon and ryan and the metal jackets , wich all are exellent action movies but just not in same league.

Someone could absolutely hate Full Metal Jacket because it doesn't have David Hasselhoff in it.
