What the fuck is wrong with this game at the minute?

I decided to put in a few nights to get my DH through Inferno since I've completed Serious Sam 3 and couldn't be bothered starting a new game.

Twas fine Friday and Saturday nights but last night and tonight it was unplayable. I'd be seriously pissed if I'd logged a HC character and watched them die to one puny mob that you can't escape due to the servers being useless.
