Nice move imo.
Atleast they know the game was unplayable and compensate us for it. I could mention alot of other games that has had the same problems and shown no interest in keeping their customers.

Just recieved an e-mail from GOA saying 7 days were added to my subscription period. I haven't checked my other accounts yet, but I'm sure they have gotten it too. I suppose the only criteria is having an active subscription period during the lag issues.

Although it does say

To thank you for your patience and help with feedback to our technical support - we are offering you 7 free...

If that were true, almost no one would get 7 days, unless "FIX THE DAMN LAG!!11" is feedback ofcourse

I hope its just a delay in the mailing system, would be a huge kerfuffle if some people got the free days and others didnt.

I rightnowed some pingplot stuff but only one act. Both of my accounts received the free 7 days though. Quite pleased.

I'd expect everyone to get the 7 days though as it impacted everyone regardless of whether they got off their asses and helped resolve the problem rather than just make threads moaning about it.

Got the 7 days too, but my internet connection was broken for 7 days...I just got my connection back working today (damn isp was replacing old cable modems with new ones but their system couldn't handle them) so I have to ask my ISP for 7 more extra days I guess
