Korts SC loading gems

dont know how many ppl juse this program for SC.. but befor Patch the program could load gems on quickbar but not working any more any one else have same problem if so how to solve it??

If you mean it loaded gems onto your game QB, you do realise thats against the EULA under thrid party tools dont you?

They have proberly changed the way the ini file works or just some info in it this is the one wich stores all you characters info like where the bars are on the screen ect. ect. and also what your quickbar contains.. this ini file was what kort´s used to write its info so the game knew what gems you had in your quickbar.. as said its proberly just some info that they have changed so if you reprogram korts to put in the correct info then it will proberly work again

@Whoodoo : it only puts the gems you want to make on the QB. I can see no harm in that. It replaces the staring @ the screen to get exactly the right gems you need in your SC

@Arepa : sounds like they added a number to the qbar in the code which isnt in Korts SC. You might be able to modify it or maybe its possible to email the creator of Korts to ask for a modification.

Sorry, I wasnt kidding, any 3rd party tool used breeches the EULA, even one that just alters your QB's for ya, not that it can be proved I doubt, and I still think its a nice tool to have ;-) but I didnt say that shhhhh!

It dosent alter the QBars in/during the game.. what it does is it takes the finished template crafted item gems (from the SC proggy) and places them in the character settings file for qbar.. i.e. Thornea-33 (that u can see if you browse to your installation directory) saving the time alt-tabbing between daoc and your sc proggy manually adding gems. All this is done out-of-game before loading daoc and u can achieve the same results using notepad. Its not a 3rd party proggy as such (i.e. used when the game is running) and I cant see mythic/goa banning ppl for it as UI editing is messing more with the game than this is. I tried to use it a few times but never got it working.
