Ah! wellcome fellow troll to my newest nitch .. The Kobbie Resturant. I will begin with a simple and wonderful recepi.
This is a recepi from the butiefull dimension of pakistan .. ah let us begin.
Chana Dal Gosht a La Kobbie
Ingredients :
1/2 kilo Kobbie
Salt according to taste
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup dal chana pre-soaked
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garam masala
3 tbs Kisan oil
1/2 flask of absolut vodka
Method :
Drink the vodka and then begin...
Fry the onion in Kisan oil till it starts to turn brown.Add the spices and kobbie meat and let the water dry.Then add the pre-soaked dal and 2 glasses of water.Cover and leave on low heat to tenderize.When both kobbie meat and dal have softened add ginger and gram masala.Garnish with fresh dhunia leaves and chopped green chilli.Serve with lemon. You can spice with some ant legs. They sould be rosten with some sugar and dipped in cream. Delicate.
