Hope this is the right place to ask, seem's so! Wanna try this game out again, played a little 3years ago but got other stuff to intend then.. But now gf is gone and I found some work so I can afford it, so:

How is game doing? Heard wow has given a little scar to the daoc communitie? I love warcraft, but the idea of a questALOTmmorpg on that universe makes me sick! So wanna hear if a little outdated bugger still can find some fun in daoc, meen like is there enough pvp around? Can I find a guild with a fair amount of members, THAT aint to 1337 but still know how to beat a midget or two(groups) now and then?

I WILL play hib/exc no matter what! Allways been a little outnumbered there also back in the days, but alb and mid got a new thread lurking around!

The game is doing ok

Mythic opened their eyes a while back and saw what the community wanted and are actually listening now. However still as stupid as usual. GOA is as it always has and always will be: useless.

Plenty of nice friendly guilds about that you'll be able to join. Population dipped after wow but has gone back up a bit more recently. With the pry-exc cluster in place rvr is rly rly active atm.

Classic server should hit sometime this month, hitting pry and exc quite hard as lots will want to try it if they didn't try lamorak. Now is a good time to come back imo, people are used to toa and know how to do encounters/mls and such really well.

Cluster? Clasiic!!! Sounds nice, didnt think that would ever come to eu but its allready here, great news! Played US before and beeen lurking around the vnboards abit, chosing to play eu though as vn kinda scare me! Funny I didnt find info about clustering on eu and classic servers nearly ready, but ok news imo! Thx! (See you around this week, gotta work, night then 6hours sleep then work then time to play). ^^
