I meant she (reason I said he is cos the main way I know of Klav is from BW and the Avatar is a bloke <shrugs>) but it is the right Klav and no BoF cos we had no cleric in the group (2 Friars instead)

I was healing the Infi that had jumped Klav and Klav decided to come at me instead.

Klav hit me just now... wasn't as good as she used to do but rudor did not bad damage.

The numbers suggest you're wrong matt. Bear in mind direct comparisons are hard because:
You might be using a slower sword.
You might be more buffed or have lower quickness.
You have a 20% relic bonus, plus 10% armour bonus on zerks, while they have no bonuses on you (or 10% penalty if they're hammer).

There is still the fact that doublefrost is a 1.46*base damage bonus for the style, while amethyst slash is a 0.62*base bonus, quite the disparity.

call me picky but 400 dmg on a ressick running caster with backpos styles when fully buffed isnt my idea of damage...

Yep. Those relics do make a nice difference. Matts Merc still hits hard even without them... but Klav rules. :)

(closely followed by the wee beastie formerly know as Kalgarn :p )

Some screenies of merc damage,top one is lv50 nightshade slash resistant other is some hib caster think it was lv50 but was yellow anyway,using 3.6 speed mainhand i think that damage is decent.(Well this may not be great damage from a zerkers view but it's decent for 3.6 spd,if i hit both weaps can be 400s on most targets if i hit both weaps styled,although my speed is quicker i would say 3 spd maybe less)

yes i am lvl 50 using 99% quality 16.5 crafted sledgehammer and was RR5 at that screenshot... someone nerf Large Weaponry plz it is uber. and yes i was buffed too!


btw if link aint working just copy/paste

edit: before you mention it i know what bof is :p this dmg is just to strange for a lvl 50 style even with bof :)

Yeah with bof on some hunter it me 40s with spear(kipu) i think got capped thrust too,hunters spears hurt:(

when did u take the screenie? coz hinnea has 36 % and in the screenie was something like 14%

Hinnea has never fought me solo:( ,was taken not that long ago about 2 months i think.As i said it was 3.6 spd mainhand i usually use 2 daggers that hit every 1.5s buffed around that.Reason why i use 2 swords now is because 16.5dps weapons some are broken.

BoF doesnt affect the pet afaik ( atleast SoS doesnt )

yeah i know about sos and necro pet
but that group had bof for sure at that fight, maybe some wierd bug since everyone was hitting it for crap :)

I think 1.61 in US has every non Mid calling for zerker buffs cos of the simple fact of buffbots.

Buffbots are whats gonna get Zerks nerfed, nothing else.

Troll zerks using 4.2 speed axes with 35 Qui (no Dex/Qui buf) and buffbot buffed to 385 STr are gonna get the class nerfed, I feel the pain for non buffbot using norse and dwarf zerkers, kinda unfair on them.

Doubt that zerkers will get nerfed tbh.
With minstrels chant, albs can negate a lot of the zerger damage.
Hibs well, with their insta win button (tm), they can avoid any first round CC, giving bards and druids a chance to do CC on the mids.
Notice how most of the zerker whines are from albion.

Hmmm with this cap thing does this mean assasins will go below 1.5s speed cap?solid explain all :p yeah i know if a troll has 383 str it will hit very hard and have very good damage variance,2041 weaponskill wasn't it?that's madness mines only 1415 unbuffed.I have to agree i think it will make them nerfed,with those stats they can 2 shot anything really:(

LOL for unbuffed ppl,, dont you rvr in grps, dont your grps have healers/shamans to buff you please?... everyone in rvr is buffed..

K lemme rephrase

non-buffboted people.

With 1.61 only buffbots can give out the red final spec buffs and so get Zerkers Str up to 380ish

Very few RvR active shamans get Aug above 32.

its not like every zerker has a lvl 50 buff bot with the top end buffs

Nerfing to me seems like the "easy" way out of most problems.
Should bring up other classes to the same "par".

You got the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Atm, Zerkers are the good, Warriors are the bad, and Thanes the ugly.
Albion, Pallies are the good, Armsmen the bad, Mercs the ugly..
Hibbies dont have an ugly, just the good... champs/hero's and the bad... BM's.

Fix the ugly classes, balance the bad classes and everyone is a winner.
