He probably used the word "Paki" right? which is usually meant as a derogatory term towards all eastern people not just to explain that their origin is pakistani. I would never use the "N" word.
A drawing depicting fictional character using natives, shouldn't provoke the same reaction from the mods. There is nothing malicious or racist about it, i hope that comes across

Hay good work blackie, great drawing technique there and i hope you take this as a compliment they are really nice and simple (which is good) i really liked the irony of the one in africa, dont see anything recial in that aside from implying that white folk like to go to virgin lands and exploit them.

Well, i got a 3 day ban for posting the n word...with a duck saying it...so you posting a cartoon with blacks being whipped and used as chairs is equally banworthy.

Have to say never really unstood people getting upset with that one. No different from calling us Brits. Around my home town area they were mainly reffered to as 'bacon sarnies' which was probably more derogatory to a muslim.

People have become far too overly sensative in general. PC Britain fortheloss!

Some words have a powerfull effect. And the N word just has so much stigma surounding it. White people grosely abused the word and we had our "N word rights" taken away. (for good reason)

But what it all comes down to, is the mods and Jupitus. If they think it was over the top, i'll have to accept the punishment. I don't have to agree with it, but i'll have to accept it none the less

It would be just as much (read: little) racist with and without "run niggas/******s (look, filter allows to use word ***** ) run" text - that picture is in no way racist towards black people but if you try hard, really hard, you may find it racist towards white people.

How is yelling "what's up, my niggas!" racist? It could be racist in right context but a yellow duck (which is in weaker position than the rest of ducks) yelling to black ducks simply isn't.

Look at the comedian, Carlos Mencia.
He makes fun of white people, black people, asians and latinos. No one is safe, and he is hilarious. Most of what he says would be considered racist if he didn't gun equally at everybody. Lets face it, stereotypes and the different "races" traits and quirks are funny.

i think its ok for someone who isnt white to say racist stuff its usually considered funny (eddie murphy, richard prior etc) and i wont even attempt to count the number of black singers/rappers who call eachother n[word] left right and center, but you get a white person doing it and theres always the general suspicion that theyre using humour to disguise racist meaning.

Personally i dont like the word i dont like it when used by anyone i think its stupid and its generally used to shock. Its like pakki i thought that started out as a cricket term and was used perfectly innocently because pakistani is a bit of a mouthful but you get people using something in an offensive way and it becomes a bad word, personally i hate it when people refer to me as "ginger" although its a perfectly acceptable name, a nice root spice and one of the main characters from gilligans island its usually used with nasty undertones and said with a certain inflection so that in its self its not a bad word but the way its said its really quite hurtful.

why say stuff thats likely to really hurt someone imo, why bother? theres loads of stuff you can say to make people laugh or think about something or be a bit of a Oo shocker but theres no need to use words spitefully.

If the black person is racist he will aggro on white people who use *****/****** word but if the black person isn't racist he doesn't give a flying fuck who use such words and this, of course, depends totally on the context/situation the word is used in. The words alone aint racist at all.

Taking into the consideration the context of his post he did use the word "paki" as a racial slur (at least thats how i read it),
and quite rightly was banned for it.
