Oh yeah it doesn't have a backlight, not sure where I heard that.

Anyway, it came today and Samm is very happy with it, it is really quite sexy. I ordered a case and light.

I got a Sony PRS-350 today, the 5" one. I shall report back once it has charged and I have had a decent go with it.

I have a feeling he'll regret that if he wants to take up reading books on the ipad. Still, you got a very nice deal there :).

I forgot about this.

The Sony PRS-350 is really good. Portable, good display and works under linux through Calibre. I've not tried any books with DRM yet. I don't really think I'm in a rush to do that either.
