The admin should also ALWAYS own up to a kick or ban, and they should make themselves known on the server (use their real alais) before they perfom the kick or ban. Thats actually a rule, so admins not doing it shouldnt be admins.

I personally have no gripe with admins, in fact I prefer it when they are on the servers, it stops ppl acting like pricks. However imo with this instance the person using the voice com should have been warned b4 being kicked, and as he was the only one playing and all others were laying dead not even playing in the game, shouldnt they have been warned or kicked for idling ?

Ch3tan: I can agree with ur last statement, however it isnt always that simple, I had a fair amount of trouble recently with a particular person giving verbal abuse, insults etc to myself and my 2 kids whilst playing TFC, I'm big enough to handle it but my kids are a different matter. After visiting #bwadmins an admin came to check this out a couple of times and the person in question suddenly stopped. I since found out the offender sits in #bwadmins frequently, therefore the best way to catch this person and others alike is to go into the game under another alias surely ?

No, an admin can use whatever alias they want, but they must name up before actually kicking or banning, so the offender knows who it was.
