Keyboard Language - Help

simple question but ive forgotten the answer...how do i change it from american to english so the @ and " etc are in the correct places...

Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Settings -> Languages -> Details. Add the UK Keyboard, delete the US one.

If u change all options then apply u can remove US wivout reboot btw (no in use blah message)
