Zoyster, sorry dude, but i totally disagree with you wanting to respec 3 points.
I'm sorry but shit happens, thats life and other dumbass sayings.
I once bought a car, and then 6 months later they released the SAME car with air conditioning. Do you really think they let me have the air con for free?? um, no.
OK, yes, this IS different in that all it takes a few lines of coding to alter what has happened, BUT - if you get it done, then EVERYONE will want what is effectivley 'respeccing' which it what it actually is at the end of the day.
I am more than happy to stick up for players if they have been wronged as such, but so Zoyster, I really think the chances of this happening are slim to none, oh, and slim left town....
And, while i think about it, even if Kemor would have agreed to this, I think your attitude would have shot that out the window a LONG time ago.
I work as an IT support techie spod thing, and believe me, when customers are screamy and shouty and attitudey (is that a word?, didnt think so!) they are the FIRST to be shoved to the back of the queue. When people learn manners, they will be dealt with...

I can understand people wanting to respec due to various nerfs Mythic came up with; after all you start a character with a template based on what's avaible at the moment.
Then there are the people who never bothered to fix a template for their char before they started playing; I'm sorry but if you're going to spend days levelling a char, a few hours worth of browsing forums/creating a template isn't too much to ask, really.
As I recall 1.48 was out before retail started in Europe, hence you should've known about it before starting the char

If you haven't already set a last name, you could call yourself Zoyster Fizzlepoof to reflect your gimped fire wizard status. But if you have, you'll have to wait until the 1.51 patch anyways, where you will be able to change your name and respec at the same time.

OMG, before everybody starts shouting respec is in 1.51, IT ISN'T!
1.51 is finished and hasn't got respec. Check out the patch notes under most recent patch on the US heralds.

Word on the street is Mythic won't do the respec patch until they are satisfied all classes are finished and balanced. Which kind of makes sense although it means respeccing maybe months/years away for EU customers.
