in case you missed it the above i said in a sarcastic, somewhat satirical manner to illustrate the point that just because you dont like it, doesn't automatically make it rubbish.
The same way i cant stand led zepplin, with the exception of Achilles Last Stand and Stairway to Heaven, and if i was pushed to name 3 Ramble On would probably be borderline. Listening to them is like poking myself repeatedly in the eye with a piece of wall insulation, needless to say.. rather unpleasant
But that doesn't automatically make sh*t now does it.

thats why you will never appreciate music, because you seem to think you have the innate responsibility to pigeon hole everything and them completely ignore it because you heard 1 song, or god forbit 1 album, and decided nope this sucks so i guess they all do. That may be a exaduration of the truth, but not by very muc evidently

I appreciate good music, not tosh that is manufactured to cater for whatever "craze" is on at the moment. I personally dont like classical music, however, I respect those artists more than the wave after wave of so called "indie" bands that have come about these last 2 years.

My sister had VIP tickets to their recent gig at the NEC in Birmingham. Timberland marched straight across the stage mid gig and invited her to the backstage party after the gig....she is still over the moon about it.....(and no it wasnt a groupie thing)

and she's 31, honestly....

I can hear it once or twice, just not every 20 minutes like some local radio stations up here seem to pump it out.
