Can't be arsed to troll through the coc.
Anyone who has an account can view the DAOC world, or any online game.
Would it be illegal for people to bet on the outcome of situations in the game?
Is it illegal to put any scene up on a large public screen?
I'm sure this is covered somewhere, it seems OK to print screenshots and mess with them as you like.
Mythic must own the graphics ,but do they own any scenario created by the players?
Could you all do a silly dance and sell it as a video?
Could someone set up a situation in game purely for others to watch?
Obviously small time isn't a problem, but it could get out of hand.
It's not so much a question of the rules,no doubt the small print covers all this, but it would be an interesting thing to play with.
The fight scenes from DAOC, could, with the right camera angles (like a god mode overview) be a form of entertainment.
Like a DAOC TV channel, highlights from last nights raid or live action.
