Ive been away for quite a long time, and in curiousity (aka nothing extra meant by this ) whats the current shaman rvr spec? Since buff shears and all must have changed something..

i am 46 aug, 27 cave and 8 mend and i like it, dunno how long you been gone, but if you been gone since 37 aug 39 cave 4 mend days its time to respecc, shaers is nice, and lower cave aint a problem aslong as you have 27 min for pbae dissease, also lower cave lower mana usage on ae interupts (ae root that is)

I dunno if its any good in rvr but that dam shield is VERY good in ml5 prestep and for ml9 bd commander pet

(ml5 prestep because it can be used at the step where the moob splits up the dam shields works for a melee hit and the all the copys will die when they hit a grp member)

spirit shell has no use for a while at pve ( i might be wrong but i dont thin so ) best use of it i could find is casting it on a ram driver if u have 2 healers in u r grp .
it takes 70% of any type dmg for a single hit from the person that u cast on it , he shd not be engaging tho , proly he cannot cast also ....
some of my friends tried 42 aug ( red endo i believe ) rest cave , u may wanna check that as well ..
