If i was you i would go to London. Theres lots to do, somewhere i would recommend is the London Dungeons then the Rainforest cafe for Lunch/Dinner.If London Dungeon doesn't float ya boat theres the London Aquarium! Or Maddame Tussauds (sp?). They are all great fun! Oh and you also may want to try the London Eye if you aint done it before, thats good also, but you need something to do with it.
But as these things don't take all day to walk through you can go shopping aswell!

Really depends what you want to do,
If you want to go for a weekend break Wales is pretty nice,
the beacons, lovely hills
camarthenshire = pretty
the gower = pretty
aberystwyth = old and grandeous
(credit to a friend )

If your into the whole walking thing then Snowdon is nice, you get to walk up into the clouds but only really for days with nice weather to be honest
YHA do hostels along the track, and at about £14 p person you cant really complain
